As a team leader at Hydreco Hydraulics, you will play an active role in shaping our company's success.
Main tasks:
- Technical and organizational management of a team in a production environment
- Ensuring smooth, efficient workflows while complying with quality, deadline, and occupational safety requirements
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of work processes as well as personnel and capacity planning
- Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes, working methods, and technical equipment within your own area of responsibility (CIP)
- Analysis of key figures and derivation of appropriate measures
- Active participation in ensuring order, cleanliness, and occupational safety
We expect you to have:
- Completed technical training
- Further training as a technician or master craftsman desirable
- Several years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as assertiveness
- Willingness to actively shape change and continuously develop processes
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
