As a field service employee for Hydreco Hydraulics, you will play an active role in shaping our company's success
Your tasks:
- Support and expansion of existing customer relationships in the sales region of Northern Germany
- Active acquisition of new customers and market development
- Technical and commercial consulting for customers in industry and the mobile hydraulics sector
- Presentation of our product and solution portfolio (hydraulic systems, components, services)
- Preparation of quotations and conducting contract and price negotiations
- Close cooperation with the office staff, the technical department, and product management
- Market and competition monitoring, including derivation of sales measures
- Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and specialist events
Your profile::
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally related to hydraulics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
- Experience in technical field service or sales of products requiring explanation
- Good knowledge of hydraulics desirable
- High customer focus, negotiation skills, and closing ability
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel within northern Germany
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
