As a service manager at Hydreco Hydraulics, you can actively shape our company's success and take over the strategic management of our service team at the important interface to customers and internal departments.
Main tasks:
- Disciplinary management, coordination, development and training of our service team
- Efficient management of spare parts supply, technician planning, warranty and goodwill processing
- Organising and ensuring that customer orders are processed on time and within budget
- Preparing quotations and order planning in coordination with our customers
- Developing solutions to problems in direct dialogue with customers
- Carrying out and implementing measures to optimise quality and improve service processes
- Creating meaningful KPI reports for sales management
- Personnel responsibility, as well as holiday and replacement planning
We expect you to have:
- Successfully completed technical training (master craftsman or technician with experience in service)
- First management experience
- Ability to communicate and motivate
- Confident demeanour
- Good knowledge of English
